• Goals: Progress, deadlines, and types (stored locally)
• Microphone Input: Used for voice-to-text (processed in real-time)
• Images: Used for OCR scanning (processed in real-time)
• Email: (only if provided for subscriptions or AI services)

2. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising. Some features involve limited third-party processing:

• OpenAI API: Used for AI assistant and translation. Text is sent securely and not stored by StudySpark.
• Google ML Kit: Used for image scanning (OCR). No data is stored.
• Google Play Billing: Manages premium subscriptions securely via Google. We do not store any payment information.

3. Children's Privacy

StudySpark is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided data, please contact us for removal.

4. Data Security

All data transmitted (e.g., API calls) is encrypted via HTTPS. Local data is stored on your device using secure storage practices.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app. If you created an account, you may request data removal by contacting us.
